Dave’s Tab
Terms of use

By using Dave’s Tab you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement ↗, which covers the app and everything bought in it.
Who can play
You and everyone at the table must be at least 18. Unhinged cards have frank, grown-up questions about dating and sex, and are only shown after a separate confirmation.
Playing nicely
Dave’s Tab is a game for entertainment. Nobody has to answer or dare anything: dodging a card only costs points in the game, and points are all there is. Nothing is ever consumed or wagered. You’re responsible for what you and your table choose to do, and nobody should ever be pressured.
Purchases
Each paid game, and The Whole Jar, is a one-time purchase: no subscription and no renewals. Prices are shown in the app and on the App Store before you pay, and payment is taken by Apple.
If you already own some games, The Whole Jar is offered as The Rest of the Jar instead: the same unlock, priced so the games you bought count toward it.
Purchases belong to the Apple ID that made them. Tap Restore purchases in Settings to get them back on a new phone or after reinstalling. Family Sharing isn’t available.
Each paid game has one free taste, a few rounds long, once per phone. It can’t be reset.
Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com ↗.
The games
The cards, rules, artwork and Dave himself belong to the developer of Dave’s Tab. You can share your tabs and screenshots however you like.
Things you type into the app, like names and court charges, stay on your phone and are yours.
We may add, change or retire games and cards over time. Games you’ve bought stay yours.
The legal bit
The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, the developer isn’t liable for how anyone chooses to play or behave. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law where you live.
